The scope of work covered the complete MEP engineering design for the development, including power distribution systems, lighting layouts, low current systems, water supply and distribution, sanitary drainage, storm water systems, and mechanical services for ventilation and comfort. All systems were designed to integrate seamlessly with the architectural and structural layouts while ensuring ease of operation, maintenance and future scalability.
Approach
A strong focus was placed on regulatory compliance and engineering best practice, with all designs developed in line with applicable Kenyan standards, utility provider requirements and Special Economic Zone development guidelines.
