The scope of works included the development of high-capacity warehouse structures designed to accommodate the installation and operation of manufacturing machinery, as well as designated areas for storage of raw materials and finished goods. The office block was planned to support administrative and operational functions, providing well organized workspaces for management and technical teams.
Approach
Supporting infrastructure formed a key component of the project and included internal access roads, service yards, loading and offloading zones, utility connections and circulation areas to allow smooth movement of goods and personnel across the site. The layouts were designed to ensure efficient logistics flow between production, storage and dispatch areas.
Solution
The overall design focused on operational efficiency, safety and long term usability, with structures and services configured to meet industrial standards and local regulatory requirements.
