The scope of the project covered architectural layout planning, kitchen and service area configuration, customer seating spaces, and the integration of all essential building services required for a modern restaurant environment. Particular attention was given to the functional flow between the kitchen, storage, preparation and dining areas to support efficient operations and an enhanced customer experience.
Approach
All mechanical, electrical and plumbing services were designed and installed to meet the specific operational demands of a food service establishment, including commercial kitchen power supply, lighting systems, ventilation and extraction, water supply, sanitary installations and drainage systems. The design was developed to comply with local authority requirements, public health standards and safety regulations.
Solution
The project was successfully completed and is currently fully operational, providing a comfortable and well serviced dining environment for customers from Nairobi while supporting efficient day to day restaurant operations.
