The scope of work covered architectural planning and space configuration, structural design for the main building elements, and civil engineering works for site development, drainage and external infrastructure. In parallel, the MEP design addressed power and lighting systems, water supply and distribution, sanitary drainage and supporting mechanical services to ensure efficient building operation and occupant comfort.
